Franceso Agostini
Francesco has joined DJS Process Consulting Limited as an Associate Consultant, specialising in project, infrastructure and facilities management, quality and safety programs. He has over 25 years experience in facilities management where he has lead teams of up to 40 people across multiple sites, supporting and implementing project management, maintenance, quality and safety programs.
Francesco’s core skills include:
- Capital, program, project management in technical environments.
- Organisation change management to improve motivation, productivity and learning culture.
- Site operations management to simpler, motivated, lower cost and more productive environments.
- Safety (HS&E), security, quality management to full regulatory/governance compliance, new culture approach.
