Heidi brings more than three decades of experience leading innovation for some of the world’s most iconic brands at Procter & Gamble.
As an R&D Vice President for laundry products and diapers at P&G, Heidi led the development and execution of innovation strategies that simultaneously increased consumer delight, lowered cost and improved productivity.
Her specialties include consumer understanding, holistic product design and development, platform management, innovation strategy, leadership and organization development and workplace culture.
Heidi has a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. She is a consultant, coach, author and speaker, passionate about innovation and supporting others to fulfill their highest potential.
Heidi is a great addition to the existing team and further strengthens our ability to support clients during the complete journey from understanding consumer need though to detailed manufacture facilities design and operation.
